You as a consumer agree that if you have any dispute on the products you receive, you have 24 hours to report such dispute via email or by sending us a ticket via contact us form located on the contact us page. For refunds, return items, and repair. Please read the following. For electronics products, all items comes with 12 months warranty from the date of shipment arrival at the customer's location. For mobile phone accessories (excluding cases, cover, screen protector), it will come with 3 months warranty. For handbags, it does not comes with any warranty unless stated in the products section. For all other products, please refer to the product sections and for products unmentioned then such product(s) may not be applicable on warranty such as make up products. Upon making a purchase on our site, you will be automatically signed up for our newsletters.  Your privacy is guaranteed and you can unsubscribe anytime.

  • FREE Shipping - Any products listed as Free Shipping have no shipping costs, regardless of location or item quantity. Delivery times are usually 15- 25 working days to all major destinations.

    Notes: Before your order is shipped, Myasiatrade has to process your order and put all your items through its strict quality control tests. Once this process is done, your order will be shipped by our in-house shipping department. Shipment tracking number/information will be emailed to your registered email address.

    Who is Responsible for Product Damage or Loss During Transit?

    For damage products, You must return the products to us within 24 HOURS from the date of its original arrival at your location.

    *Insurance will not provide coverage for any LOSS products that officially arrived at your location.

    We offer Shipping Insurance for $12.99 to protect your package, in case of lost or damage items. Any missing issues reported, we will reship your order immediately.

     

     

    Coupon Codes

    A coupon cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping and handling or other charges.  If your coupon has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes, shipping and handling and other charges do not apply towards the minimum purchase amount.

     

    Virtual Gift Card

    Virtual gift card are gift cards and/or cash coupon code’s issued by Myasiatrade.

    When using your virtual gift card or cash coupon codes, they are only valid for One time use ONLY, unless otherwise stated.

    If the purchase amount is less than the value of the virtual gift card, any remaining balance will be forfeited unless otherwise stated with pre-approval from Myasiatrade.

    If the purchase amount is greater than the value of the gift card, customer may simply pay the difference.

    Please note* ALL virtual gift cards issued by Myasiatrade will not cover any shipping fee(s) in the transaction. Customer will be responsible for ALL shipping fee(s)

     

     

    Unclaimed Items
     
    All orders will be sent via registered mail (Tracking number provided) by default through Myasiatrade.  If no signature is obtained at the time of delivery, a note will be left at your premises and goods will be delivered to your local post office for collection. 
     
    If your parcel is unclaimed for 30 days, parcel will be returned to our warehouse.  Request for re-delivery can be arranged and additional shipping fee will be applied.  We will hold your package up-to 90 days.  Please note, there will be no refund for UNCLAIMED item(s).
     
    If you dispute payment from card issuer or PayPal for UNCLAIMED ITEMS, we will issue an invoice in the amount of the original shipping fee plus $100 service fee. Please note, outstanding balances may be automatically turned over to third party collector for collection.


  • International

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to international orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country.   • Return Policy

  • Refund

    Myasiatrade.com acts on good faith with all customers and in regards to the issue of refund, we will do our best to work with our customers to prevent such situation. However, if matters are not resolved, Myasiatrade.com is willing to provide a refund for clients with the following polices.

    Products refund must be in BRAND NEW condition including the packaging. Products MUST be in unused state.  Apparel items, it is assumed before confirming your order, you have followed the sizing chart to determine your size.

    Customers who wish to claim a refund MUST notify us by email to support@myasiatrade.com or via the CONTACT US form located on the contact us page within 24 hours upon items arrival.

    Normally, a 30% restocking fee may apply.  However, if your return is because the item is defective, damaged or the incorrect/sizing, we will provide a FULL refund for the price of the item without the restocking fee. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item excluding the shipping fee.

     


    Under a refund situation, the Customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.  

    Policy for Exchanges

    Apparel items - If the Customer finds that the item they purchased is the wrong in size, we will more than happy provide an exchange.  We will also waive the shipping fee for the exchange item.  Shipping fees will be waived ONLY with a written notice from Myasiatrade.com.

    All other items – If the product is defective/damaged upon arrival, Myasiatrade will provide an exchange without additional charges and will compensate the customer for the return shipping fee.

    Repair Issue

    Electronics Products with quality problems, if notified within 1 year (from the date products were received) can be returned and repaired.

    (Customers will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the products to us and we will be reponsible for the shipping fee for sending the products back to the customers)

    Please note: Water damage or drop damage is NOT covered under warranty for all electronics products

    If there is any dispute in the situation of a refund or repair, all final decision will be decide at Myasiatrade.com sole discretion.
